Phase I development of Zhong-guan-cun Life Science Park started in March, 2001. With the guidance of Administrative Committee of Zhong-guan-cun Science Park and support of Changping District Government, after two-year’s pains-taking effort, the primary land development of Zhong-guan-cun Life Science Park has been finished and it appear as a first-class park. In 2003, the beautiful park attracted over 3000 visitors at home and abroad come to visit.

At present, planning of Phase II is being carried out.
