The Primary Land Development
After finishing the land acquisition and resident removal, the municipal infrastructure, the transportation system and the landscape development have been completed. The municipal facilities of Life Science Park consist of nine major systems and the land is flattened finally. All pipelines end one meter into the property line of each plot.

The ten major public utility systems include the following:
      A telecommunication system with 10K module switcher;
      A broadband network system;
      A cable television system;
      A medium pressure natural gas system;
      A 110 KV two-way power supply system;
      A municipal water supply system;
      A municipal drainage system;
      A municipal sewage pipeline system;
      A computerised management system for the park area;
      A Transportation system
