ZGC Life Science Park is located in the developmental zone of ZGC Science and Technology Park with convenient access from the east via the Badaling Expressway. It is bordered in the east by the Jingbao Railway Line, the Jingbao Expressway in the west, and the Bei-ching Road (ZGC Parkway) in the south. The picturesque Nanshahe scenic area and the proposed Yuhe Nanlu are in the north.

It takes 2.5 hours driving from the Life Sciences Park to Tianjin Seaport, 35 minutes to the Capital Airport, 50 minutes to the Beijing Railway Station. The planning light rail will also have a through route to the park.
