Based on the National Biochip Engineering Research Center, the Life Sciences Institute, the Center for Molecular Crop Design, and the Beijing Biotechnology and Medical incubators, great emphasis will be put on the integration of international and domestic resources of bio-tech innovation , to build the Park's infrastructure of fundamental research, technology platforms and in order to expedite the achievement of independent intellectual property rights, and play the leading role as a center of excellence in the biotech field.
