The Life Science Park has carried out its business promotion with the guidance and support of Biotech Engineering Center of Ministry of Science and Technology, Beijing Pharma and Biotech Center, and the Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park. And the business promotion strategy has four levels:

1.Attract companies of the top 500 pharmaceutical companies to enter Life Science Park by the US Branch of Life Science Park and overseas consultants.

2.Attract Chinese well-known companies to come and undertake key projects in Chinese Biotech field by guidance of the government.

3.Satisfy the requirement of developing companies in Beijing by setting up “small and medium enterprises center” in the Life Science Park. Research shows that area needed by such kind of enterprises for production and research is about 2000-4000 square meters.

4.Establish Biopharmaceutical Incubator Company in Life Science Park, to provide incubation support for career-developing projects and small sized enterprises. Returned overseas students or domestic R&D team usually have such kind of intention with office or lab area of 200-800 square meters.
