1.Application for Enterprise to Join the Park affixed with official seal, Business License (original and photocopy of the duplicate), and ID card of the legal representative (photocopy);
2.Unregistered enterprises shall submit the Application for Enterprise to Join the Park signed by the proposed legal representative and the Pre-approved Name approved by the industrial and commercial department, as well as the ID card of the proposed legal representative (photocopy).
3.For approval by relevant industry administrative departments, it is required to submit the original approval documents and have the photocopy kept.
4.Description of the operation and development of main business.

For rent payment upon the renewal of contract,
it is required to contact the enterprise one month earlier,
and the enterprise shall pay the rent 15 days before the expiration of the contract.
